Data Deletion - Display4k SmartTV Application 

Display4k Application collects the SmartTV internet address and the TV internal identification information. If you wish to have this information removed from the Retour Cloud Service there are 2 methods that can be used:

​ ​1. Send us a message requesting the information to be removed. Once the data is removed the Display4k app will no longer function on the SmartTV and can be uninstalled,

​ ​2.  If you have been provided access to the Display4k Web Service, login to your account, locate and delete the device.  Once the data is removed the Display4k app will no ​ ​   ​longer function on the SmartTV and can be uninstalled,
